Through our essential services, we safeguard homes, assets, and infrastructure, acting as Guardians of everyday life with a clear commitment to a more sustainable future.
OUR AMBITION IS TO BUILD A COMPANY THAT CREATES LASTING VALUE FOR BOTH STAKEHOLDERS AND EMPLOYEES.
We focus on long-term growth that goes hand in hand with environmental responsibility and social progress. By integrating sustainability into our business decisions and investments, we aim to contribute meaningfully to a better world, economically, socially, and ecologically.

Our long-standing Triple Zero vision – minimizing harm, waste, and carbon – continues to guide our culture and ambitions. Today, we are building on this legacy by strengthening how we work with sustainability across the entire business. As expectations evolve and regulatory requirements and standards become increasingly important, we are expanding our approach. Our sustainability work is now structured around environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities, ensuring that we address the topics that matter most – both to our business and to society. Triple Zero remains an important part of who we are. It shapes our mindset and guides our efforts in key areas such as health and safety, circular solutions, and climate action. At the same time, we are introducing clearer targets, measurable KPIs, and structured reporting to increase transparency and accountability.
We believe that our ability to deliver societal impact as well as resource efficiency, is vital to future-proofing the business and to the company’s long-term success.

At Group level, Recover focuses on SDG 8, 12, and 13, where we see the greatest opportunity to make a meaningful impact. At the same time, our local operations (countries) may prioritize additional goals based on regional needs and stakeholder expectations. Across all our activities, we are guided by the UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles, ensuring a responsible approach to human rights, labour, the environment, and anti-corruption.

With over 1,300 employees in Scandinavia, Recover contributes to SDG 8 by putting safety first in everything we do. We ensure fair pay, safe working conditions, and equal opportunities. By promoting an inclusive and responsible workplace, we support a resilient and sustainable labor market.

With thousands of projects each year, Recover contributes to SDG 12 by promoting more responsible use of materials. We prioritise repair, reuse, and efficient restoration methods where possible, and guide customers towards more sustainable choices. While our influence on material selection is often limited, we continuously work to reduce waste and improve resource efficiency.

With extensive experience in damage control across Scandinavia, Recover contributes to SDG 13 by strengthening society’s resilience to climate-related risks. We support both rapid recovery and preventive measures to reduce the impact of extreme weather, working closely with customers and partners.
At Recover, we step in when it matters most, restoring homes, protecting critical infrastructure, and helping communities get back on track. We turn disruption into action and recovery into long-term value. Operating across Norway, Denmark, and Sweden, we are a trusted partner in property remediation, known for reliability, speed, and quality. Our strength lies in the Recover Way, a shared approach that unites our people, values, and expertise across markets. It enables us to deliver consistent, high-quality results while continuously improving how we work. This is how we protect what matters today and build resilience for tomorrow.
