2024 | Recover divests Serwent to focus on core services
Recover Group has entered into an agreement to divest Serwent Group to Norvestor.
Serwent, originally built within Recover through a series of acquisitions, has developed into a leading provider of underground infrastructure maintenance services in Scandinavia.
The divestment marks an important strategic step, enabling increased focus on Recover’s core business (damage control services) while positioning Serwent for continued growth under new ownership.

Recover announces the launch of SERWENT, a new standalone brand bringing together several companies within Environmental Services.
The launch represents a strategic step to create clearer focus across the Group’s business areas. While property remediation continues under the Recover brand, SERWENT establishes a dedicated platform for infrastructure and environmental services.
This structure enables increased specialization, operational focus and long-term growth.
2020 | EQT acquires Recover
EQT acquires Recover from Agilitas, marking the beginning of a new phase of growth and transformation.

2019 | Recover becomes market leader in Finland
Recover strengthens its Nordic position through the acquisition of L&T Korjausrakentaminen Oy.
The transaction establishes Recover as the leading provider of damage control and renovation services in Finland, significantly expanding both capacity and customer offering in the market.
This milestone further supports the ambition to build a truly pan-Nordic platform.
